Refund policy

We will not accept returns. However, you can always contact us for any questions and concerns about your order at teacgcards@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may submit a cancel request for the order. However, we will apply a cancellation fee that will cost 5% of your cancelled order's total. If your order consists of "Rip & Ship" products, there will be no refunds or cancellations allowed. 

At this moment, we do not support orders that consist of both "Rip & Ship" items and "Sealed Product" items. If an order consists of both of these, we will cancel and refund the "Sealed Product" items and only send the "Rip & Ship" items for your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
If you have already opened/unsealed the product, we will not cover damages or issues.
